Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Noor, the housekeeping staff, was very nice and responsible, and overall the stay was okay. The best thing is the heated water of the pool and the outside seating. Also cleanness was ok.

Negative: However, I would like to highlight several issues we experienced: • It was mentioned that there is a washing machine in the kitchen, but there wasn’t one. • The villa has only two bedrooms inside. The third room is outside next to the pool, very small, and the walls have noticeable mold, making it unlivable. Because of this, two of us had to sleep on the living room sofas. • The listing on Booking.com mentioned that the living room has sofa beds, but there were none. • The water was cut during the early morning for three hours, and in some bathrooms the water pressure was very low even when the water was on. • The outside lighting would shut off whenever we tried to turn it on at night. • We found a cockroach in the bathroom. • The outdoor kitchen had a strong smell, similar to a dead animal. • A hair dryer was listed as available, but there wasn’t one. • We were told there would be four bicycles, but there were only two, and both were not working properly. Unfortunately, the villa management did not offer any compensation, and they did not believe our concerns even though we provided images of the issues. This was quite disappointing, as the property has the potential to be much better. Overall the experience was not worth the price.
