We know that you will feel at home the moment you step inside this elegant three bedroom apartment in Downtown Dubai. Styled in gorgeous shades of greys with modern finishes, luxurious furnishings, colourful artwork and amazing views – this apartment stands out from the rest. The modern fully equipped kitchen is a chefs dream with plenty of counter space and all you need to prepare some delicious meals for your loved ones, you may end up eating in more than you anticipated. Enjoy your meals together at the formal dining table with deep green velvet dining chairs comfortably seating six. The light pours in through the large floor to ceiling windows making the spacious living area spacious and warm. Relax after dinner on the plush sofas in front of the big screen TV or step out onto the large balcony and gaze at the twinkling lights of Downtown Dubai and statuesque Burj Khalifa. The bedrooms feature luxurious oversized beds all fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, along with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom. In the bathrooms you will find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Down the passage you will find the guest bathroom, small laundry cupboard and separate spare room perfect for additional storage with compact bathroom.
The building features a state of the art health club, swimming pool and one private on site car park. There is also a walkway over to the Dubai Mall making visiting the Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa easy.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
