Positive: I would like to wholeheartedly recommend, in my name and in the name of my entire family, the DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay Dubai. Without a doubt, I can say that just like the amazing woman who welcomes guests at reception — that is exactly the face of this hotel. Her name is Rodina, and she deserves enormous praise. She is always smiling, kind, and warm. Every request was answered with a smile, every wish was fulfilled — and always accompanied by warm, delicious cookies. DoubleTree Hilton Business Bay truly won big with Rodina. She is a reflection of everything that is wonderful about this hotel. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and impressive — spotless, shiny clean, and smells amazing everywhere. There is coffee and dates waiting in the lobby, which immediately makes you feel welcomed. The breakfast is simply outstanding!!!! An insane variety of cheeses, pastries, breads, vegetables… Omelettes prepared fresh to each guest’s request, and a professional barista making legendary coffee (Julius Meinl — and yes, we really understand coffee 😉). Everything is of the highest quality. The pool is clean and heated. We visited in January and truly enjoyed swimming every day. There is free valet parking service — an absolute pleasure. The staff are professional, incredibly kind, and so pleasant. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Business Bay Square. That means everything is around a beautiful pedestrian promenade, with a supermarket right next door (full of fresh meals such as salads, sushi, meat dishes, sandwiches, soups, and more…) and at very cheap prices — this is where the local office workers eat. For us, it was a real treat to stay at a hotel with a supermarket attached (open until 11:00 PM — which is perfect when traveling with small children). The hotel also offers 24-hour room service. The rooms are insane — huge, pampering beds, a perfect and fully equipped bathroom, and a massive TV. In short — did I say perfect?
