This stylish two bedroom apartment in the Dubai Marina is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming trip to Dubai. This neutral toned apartment is brought to life with pops of colour in the décor and artwork. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make your meals at home which you can enjoy at the beautiful wooden dining table for six. The living room comfortably seats four where you can sit back and enjoy a movie after exploring the city. This flows out onto the balcony where you can enjoy community views and watch the world go by or watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. In the bedrooms you will find luxurious beds fitted with Key View Signature linen which is so soft and cosy. There is also a desk in each room in case work beckons. The bathrooms have Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
The building also has a gym, pool and one parking facility available for your use during your stay.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in toyourapartment.
