It was constructed to be a Hotel apartment and later became a residence tower.
Vacay Lettings 2 bed is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard as it was in Hotel apartments standard with TV, wi-fi, AC, open illuminated space by large windows and a balcony with views. Rooms are very spacious.

The condo contains all the equipment necessary for your stay (toaster, microwave, oven, stove, comfortable bed, linen and a set of towels , cookware and tableware). Even fitness cycle and few dumbbells is provided in the large balcony for a fitness freak.
RTA Bus stop is just 5 to 10 minutes walk. Nearest metro station is 15 minutes drive. Grocery and ATM is available in same building. Many dining options are available in walking distances.

Early check in request will be confirmed 24 Hrs before only as our standard check in time is 15:00 and check out time is 12:00. This is to ensure all guests have equal opportunity . There is 40% of nightly rate (for max of 10 Hrs early arrival) for any early check-in or late check out as we have to block calendar to make it available.
1. All staying guests need to provide passport copy before check-in as it is a mandatory requirement from DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept) and some building management.
2. Before check in the Holiday Home Guest check-in document to be signed by guest booked which constitutes a Holiday Home terms & conditions between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. A security deposit of 1000 AED (short term rental ) or equivalent currency (for monthly guest 1500 AED ) to be paid before check-in. This may be paid in cash or with credit card hold. Conduct that is not accordance with house rules may result in charges against the security deposit and/or eviction of the Guest. Payment of additional fees depending on damage to the Holiday Home or others
4. Access cards and keys are important assets of property and if lost, a replacement fee will be collected from security deposit.
5. To respect the residential purpose of the Holiday Home.
6. Respect residential amenities and security of property and neighbors, refrain from any uncivilized/inappropriate behavior
7. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, during arrival and departure and at any time during occupancy, especially between 10pm-8am. Noise is too loud if it can be heard by an adjacent Neighbour when inside their house with their windows and doors closed.
8. Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas.
9. Children under 14 should be supervised in all recreation areas.
10. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval of the owner of the Unit.
11. Comply with vehicle parking rules, show consideration to and cause the minimum disturbance to others in respect of parking.
12. To dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance normal practice at the Unit and building or community and in the allocated bins and areas.
13. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas. They must comply with requirements in relation to the relevant garbage and recycling collection days, as well as any requirements relating to the disposal of garbage or waste minimization
14. Guest should take of their valuable personal things at all times and we will not be responsible for any loss.
15. Any unstayed stays no refund.
