With Two huge bedrooms and 2 full baths and a powder room here’s space to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The black and red French style primary bedroom features a King bed, an en-suite bath and remote workstation for Two. The second warm color bedroom offers Two queen beds with en-suite bath. Memory-foam mattresses are featured on each of the beds.

the apartment is equipped with high speed WIFI and 50 Inch smart TV. you can chillax and watch your favorite shows in Netflix, prime,..etc. just make sure to logout of your personal account when you leave the apartment
Landry room is equipped with washing machine and clothes detergent capsules. All you need to do is throw the detergent capsules on the top of your laundry in the machine and you are good to go. NO NEED TO PUT THE CAPSULES IN THE MACHINE TREYS
Guests are obliged to submit a copy of their photo ID upon reservation confirmation. This is required by Law of Tourism Department in Dubai.
Strictly No party or over the limit guests. please treat our apartment like its yours. the building has a 24 hrs. security personnel for your safety.
Your health and safety is extremely important for me. I provide 1 time cleaning after you check out before the next guest check-in.
I work with professional cleaning company to do deep clean your apartment in every check out to maximize your experience. So please be informed damage and loss linens including stain will be chargeable as follow:
1. Bed Sheet - King size 300 TC, stripe, white per piece AED 80
2. Duvet Cover - King size 300 TC, stripe, white per piece AED 100
3. Pillowcase 300 TC, stripe, white per piece AED 15
4. Bath Towel 100% cotton, 600gsm per piece AED 35
5. Hand towel 100% cotton, 600gsm per piece AED 20
6. Bath Mat 100% cotton, 600gsm per piece AED 20
So please take good care of our home as it is your home!
If you require extra cleaning, worry not! I can arrange with the cleaning company with extra charge which you will pay directly to the cleaning company when they come, the fee is as followed:
* CLEANING ONLY (Consists only of cleaning the property and without changing the linens) starts at 250AED
* CLEANING WITH CHANGING LINENS ( Consists only of cleaning the property and includes 1 set of linens per bedroom and cleaning the property. Refilling consumables will not be provided. Set of linens includes (2) sheet, (4) pillowcases, (2) duvet cover) starts at Aed 350
