This warm and spacious one bedroom apartment in the Dubai Marina is the perfect place to call home on your upcoming vacation to Dubai. Fully furnished in a neutral colour palette with grey furnishings and colourful accents throughout, we know you will love staying here. Experience open plan living The semi open plan kitchen is equipped with all you may need and offers plenty of space to whip up some delicious meals which you can enjoy with your family at the dining table set for four. The inviting lounge features a super comfy sofa which doubles up as a sofa bed, relax and watch a movie on the big screen TV after dinner with your loved one. The bedroom features an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft you may sleep in longer than usual. The bedroom also has plenty of wardrobe space, small dresser and en suite bathroom with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities. In the morning, step out onto the balcony and admire the community views whilst sipping your coffee and planning your day ahead. We are looking forward to hosting you soon.

The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in toyourapartment.
