Positive: The View of the Dubai Skyline were amazing from the balcony. we enjoyed the fireworks at Burj khalifa standing in the balcony. The apartment is new and clean. Location is perfect with alot of International restaurant chains in walking proximity it was totally worth for the price what we paid
