Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I liked the location of the property and the pool. I liked the fact that we are so close to down town dubai, with in walking distance to the fountain and burj Khalifa. The windows on the property insulate the noise from the traffic and construction noise. All curtains do a good job blacking out the bedrooms.

Negative: First of all, listing said it was 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. turns out it's 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with maids room/bath. We had a group of 7 people. 4 people ended up not staying with us due to this discrepancy in apartment description. Second, one of the bathrooms had a broken shower head, called but didn't get fixed. Had to deal with a terrible shower twice a day... Third, we requested a late check out because we had a late night Friday, we were told that there is nothing they can do as a scheduled maintenance was coming at 11:30... Won't be reserving with this host again and I will be requesting a partial refund either through booking.com or through my credit card company.

Summary: Not the first time in Dubai and won't be the last, but definitely not booking with this host again.
