Summary: Extremely run down hotel and breakfast and dinner buffet is bland, joyless, poorly made food and mostly unappetising. Even the tomato slices and cucumbers tasted plasticky and had strange by-product smells (probably from poor storage). The room smells a bit like a public restroom or has a strong guttural smell, the wine selection is very poor - around €50 per bottle for €5-8 bottles in EU supermarkets. The hotel is in a stunning location and the staff are really, really nice and friendly. The staff saved the experience a bit I have to say. But even the best team cannot make up for the misses.
