This studio is spread over 66 sqm and has capacity for 4. The interior speaks luxury and elegance!
It features a grey king-size bed dressed with white linens and bed covers, and is topped with grey and pink cushions. There’s also night tables with lamps, wall arts, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair.
The living area includes a large double sofa-bed for your extra guests, two matching armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a round dining table with 4 chairs.

The open-kitchen is spacious and is U-shaped. It is filled with wooden cabinets and black countertops. The kitchen includes has all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and freezer.
The room is naturally well-lit, thanks to extensive glass doors, giving access to a private balcony with a table and two chairs.
The bathroom at the apartment includes a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and towels.

The studio is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

It is easy to find taxis in the area, and online cab services like Careem, Uber and Dubai Taxi can be used as well. To travel via metro, you can reach JLT Metro Station, which is located about 5 minutes away. A lot of popular destinations of the city are located close to Murjan 2. Major landmarks include The Walk, JBR Beach and Aqua fun, the world’s largest inflatable water park.
