This luxury, terraced apartment will help you have the relaxation you have been looking for. Walking in, the first thing you’ll notice is the open plan kitchen and the brilliant, airy space with large windows giving you a fresh feel. Complete with stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, and anything that can help you in preparing your meals. There is also a dining area that seats four people comfortably plus 2 bar stools by the kitchen counter. The living area is composed of a moss green couch with center table and a dark brown armchair. Across is a flat-screen TV resting on a wooden console. The soft carpet’s warm colour and design compliments the total aura of the living space. Stepping out on the balcony will give you some fresh air overlooking the abundance of greenery and the lovely landscaped gardens. Hangout here and enjoy the relaxed al fresco feels. Share a drink or two with a loved one as it’s directly accessible from the bedroom. The king-sized bed with its velvet finish has 2 identical bedside lamps and tables, furnished with luxurious linens and comfortable mattress. There’s even a storage room perfect for your luggage and other items. The ensuite bathroom has fresh towels along with a shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a pleasant stay. The Neighborhood: Motor City is home to the fantastic motorsport circuit Dubai Autodrome, adjacent to Dubai Sports City, Dubai Studio City and Arabian Ranches community. This is an iconic community that was once a part of the larger Dubailand development and has grown into a coveted residential community with picturesque cobbled streets, lush greens and spacious properties. The district offers a laid-back community in Dubai that is ideal for families and is an exciting hub for the motorsport enthusiasts. It is a self-contained community with an array of facilities and amenities. Be it places for shopping and dining, healthcare centres, educational institutions, parks, entertainment or other leisure and fitness activities, Dubai Motor City has an attractive collection of options for everything. Getting Around: The parking is available if you have your ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are easily available to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus F37 goes to the Mall of the Emirates metro station (just outside the mall). Getting on a train can bring you from one end of Dubai to another. It’s also connected to the tram system that can bring you around JBR, Marina, Media City, etc. and even around Palm Jumeirah as the tram system is also linked to the monorail that goes around Palm Jumeirah. Many things are accessible by foot as well (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, etc). The fastest and easiest way from DXB or DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing! Other Things to Note: House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and furniture. Please no parties and no smoking inside. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please don't forget to send your passport/valid ID as well as those checking in with you as this is a strict requirement of DTCM.
