The bed is luxurious and fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may struggle getting up in the morning. In the bathroom you will find Key Views signature fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
The building is brand new and features a swimming pool, gymnasium and private on site parking.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
