There is two living area in the Villa, one with three plush sofas and two matching armchairs, perfectly positioned around the coffee table, the other living area features a oversized sofa with some armchairs, perfectly positioned in front of your large flat-screen TV, making this the perfect place to kick-back and relax after a busy day exploring the vibrant city. Indulge in the lap of luxury with amenities that define opulence. Take advantage of the landscaped garden with its very own water feature, providing an oasis of tranquillity amidst the vibrant energy of Dubai. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up gourmet meals or catering to special occasions. Enjoy your home cooked delights at the elegant dining table which perfectly seats eight. Upstairs you will find a separate lounge area. The bedrooms are all elegantly designed, each offering its own unique character and charm. The master bedroom is especially spacious and comes with a king-size bed fitted with Key Views signature linen guaranteed to give you the best nights sleep. The master bedroom also features an walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony that offers breath-taking views of the surrounding area. The guest bedrooms all feature queen-sized beds also all fitted with Key Views signature linen and all have ample closet space. The maids room is perfect for those traveling with a larger group or seeking additional space.
Not far away from the villa there is a tennis court, children's play area, basketball court, Volleyball court and a skate park.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however, additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours' notice upon request. It is a self-contained apartment, and we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the buildingmanagement).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
