Positive: Location was great.

Negative: Rooms are located on upper floors accessible by stairs. This was not mentioned and a big issue for us as we had a person with mobility issues. The general feel was shabby with curtains hanging off the rails, shower head holder was broken, water heater was hardly working in one room. The apartment was dusty.
