No Smoking Policy:We have a strictzero-tolerance policyfor smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), aminimum fine of AED 1800will apply.
Checkout & Penalty:Checkout is strictly at11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur apenalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
