Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome villa. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Wadi Al Safa. With lots of epic restaurants and bars to drive to, the villa is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The villa is located only a short drive away from Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with smart T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome and can be best enjoyed on the balcony or patio while having your morning coffee.
You have private backyard, access to community kids area, and tennis court so if your friends or family annoy you, you know where to send them.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'.
There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.
The villa fits 6 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within short drive. Arabian Ranches golf course is 10/15 min drive away.
