No Pets, Smoking or Vaping
The apartment is strictly a non-smoking and non-vaping space in the apartment and on the balconies. Our apartment is also not available to guests traveling with pets.
Fee for Not Returning Building and Parking Access Cards
We also ask that you please return to the lock box the access card for parking, the gym and the pool in good condition at checkout. We have a card replacement fee of AED 1000 if you do not return the card to us, damage it, or lose it. We have this policy because we are charged a replacement fee by the building security.
No Parties, Commercial Activity, or Unregistered Guests
To maintain a quiet and secure atmosphere for all residents, we do not permit parties or commercial activities of any kind in the apartment. The apartment is for the sole use of the registered guests on your reservation. We do not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight.
