Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's located right in the middle of all the goings-on in Urbana and has awesome leisure and shopping facilities. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too. The townhouse is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment and is pretty cool! Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you enter, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome and can be best enjoyed on the balcony while having your morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.
The apartment fits 6 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
You also have a private car parking space and you will find a supermarket, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
