Please be advised that there are currently two villas undergoing major maintenance near Villa 0-37 in Frond O, Palm Jumeirah. Villa 0-44 is in the process of demolition and will be rebuilt. According to the site supervisor, the construction is expected to take more than six months to complete. Please note that loud drilling noises may be heard from Villa 0-37 during this period. Another villa located directly opposite Villa 0-37 is undergoing renovation and work is expected to be finished in end of January 2026.
