The room is filled with beautiful artwork, decorations, and plants. It is naturally well lit, thanks to an extensive wall-to-wall glass door giving access to a private balcony with a table and two chairs, where you can enjoy the mesmerizing view from top.
Next to the living room is a beautiful dining room with a table and four creamy chairs, surrounded by a buffet, wall art, beautiful lamps, and decorations.
This open space area also includes a U-shaped open-kitchen, beautifully designed to fit white wooden cabinets and granite countertops, to match the elite style of the apartment. The walls are decorated with colorful stones. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more.
Inside are the two beautiful bedrooms. The first includes a large king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and beautiful bed covers, two lime-green chairs and a table, a matching mirror, a TV hanged on the wall, night tables with lamps, and extensive wall-to-wall glass doors on two sides, letting in rays of sun naturally.
The second bedroom comes with two single beds, artfully surrounded by beautiful furniture and decorations, and a large wall-to-wall glass door. That, in addition to a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a TV.
There’s a total of three bathrooms at the apartment, with state-of-the-art interior. The first bathroom includes a shower cabin, a washbasin, and a toilet. The second bathroom comes with a bathtub, a shower cabin, a washbasin, and a toilet. The third one has a beautiful walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. All three bathrooms have amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, shampoo, gel, soap, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more.

The nearest is the stop located at an 8-minute walk from the building named after the project itself, 8 Boulevard Walk Tower 1. Then, at a distance of 11 minutes on foot, there is East Height Tower Entrance G stop. Additionally, there is Clover Bay Tower 1 stop located at a 12-minute walk.

The Business Bay Metro Station is located closest to the building at a 7-minute drive. Another Red Line station nearby is the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station at an 8-minute drive. The Financial Centre Station is located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) at a 9-minute drive from the tower.

Check-out Procedure:
Check-out is at 11:00 am on the date of your departure.

Upon check-out, kindly leave the access cards in their original place and re-lock the apartment from the inside before leaving to keep the door unlocked for the cleaners.
