Summary: We had a great experience with the staff but unfortunately the cleanliness at the residence wasn’t up to par for Shangri-La standards. I was quite disappointed that the room came with a smoke smell, despite it being advertised as non-smoking. The room itself wasn’t entirely clean. While it did have a comfortable bed, and lovely staff, I don’t know if I would recommend to others due to the high cost and only satisfactory conditions of the room.
