Positive: The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, and our butler even went to the trouble of arranging a cake and balloons to celebrate our anniversary! I really liked the addition of the REN facial cleanser as part of the amenities in the bathroom!

Negative: the shower head did not work perfectly, a few of the nozzles were blocked, but this was not a major factor

Summary: Lovely first visit to Dubai celebrating our anniversary!
