Negative: The check-in experience was very disappointing. We had agreed on a paid upgrade to a specific room that was shown to me prior to check-in; however, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room. The lighting in the room was insufficient, and the desk was uncomfortable, which negatively affected my stay. Although the room was technically within the same category as what I paid for, the overall experience did not meet expectations
