Bella Rose is located in Dubai Science Park and is in proximity to the communities of Motor City and Al Barsha. Being connected to the city via Al Khail Road & Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road makes it more accessible to explore other areas.

The area is very accessible to all the necessities as it is surrounded with restaurants, malls, schools, supermarkets and more.

Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall and The Dubai Mall are less than 20 minutes away from the community. While, Al Sufouh Beach is approximately 15-minute drive away where the two iconic landmarks of the city is – Burj Al Arab and Palm Jumeirah. Two minutes farther is the famous Jumeirah Beach.

Discover the Dubai Miracle Garden that holds the Guinness World Record for housing the largest floral installation or the floral replica of the Emirates A380 aircraft which is just 7-minutes drive away.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

Situated between the two major thoroughfares of Al Khail Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The nearest metro stations are Dubai Internet City station and Mall of the Emirates which are just minutes away drive from the area.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, hospital, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (28min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (1hr and 25 mins, AED7.50 per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
