THE SPACE
Our home offers a sanctuary within the lively, fast-paced city of Dubai. It provides a calming and relaxing atmosphere for those looking to work, play or chill.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities which include breakfast bar, electric touch control cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, global knives and all the usual cooking essentials. Im also a coffee addict so we have a Nespresso machine, French press, peculator and grinder available too.
Open plan living room/dining area with handmade dining table and coffee table. Cable TV available through projector with 2.5 meter wide pull down screen (great for movies, sports and games). PS4 also available with some games, 2 controllers and small selection of films on Blueray. Use the amplifier to play your music (bluetooth available), listen to local radio stations or play videos from your laptop by using the hdmi cable provided. Local cell phone and bicycles available on demand for additional fee.
Two bathrooms, one upstairs with shower/bath and one downstairs for guests.
THE BUILDING
Our building has a swimming pool, gym, steam room, sauna and bbq area. All found on the first floor. Access card needed to enter all the facilities. Free parking available in the cluster of buildings on first come, first serve basis.
The building is monitored by 24/7 security, fire alarms installed in all apartments along with fire extinguisher and automatic balcony extinguishers.
