This two-story, stand-alone property is a hidden gem with luxurious furnishings, marble finishes, large windows, outdoor patio with fire pit surrounded by lush greenery- you may never want to leave. The ground floor features a large sitting area, study with en suite bathroom, kitchen, storage room and maids’ quarters. The kitchen is a chefs dream with plenty of counter space and views of the garden. The kitchen features a gas stove, plenty of storage space and is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare some gourmet meals at home. Enjoy your meals together at the formal dining table set for eight or why not step outside and enjoy your meals admiring the tranquil surroundings. There are two spacious living areas both featuring plush sofas, elegant finishes and carefully selected decorative pieces. The first living area has a big screen TV, relax, and unwind with your loved ones at the end of a busy day out. The second living area has three luxurious sofas, around a beautiful wooden coffee table – sit together and plan your next Dubai adventure. Step outside and you will be transported to your own oasis, with outdoor sofas, three sculptures, water feature and fire pit. Opposite the kitchen there is a study with gorgeous artwork and en – suite bathroom. The maids room has small bathroom and additional storage space. Upstairs you will find the a pyjama lounge and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is truly special with en-suite bathroom, electric curtains and walk in wardrobe, you will feel like royalty. All the bedrooms have luxurious oversized beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which are so soft and cosy we know you will spend most mornings laying in. The bathrooms are elegant and sleek with Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities leaving you feeling refreshed and smelling great. There is also a storage room, laundry room and garage downstairs.
The Villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours’ notice upon request. It is a self-contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 20,000 AED.
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
