Positive: Cleanliness, nice personnel

Negative: Two days before my check-in, I received a call from the reception asking if I would agree to give up my reserved room for another guest and be accommodated at a different hotel. I found this request quite surprising and unprofessional. I had booked and prepaid the room a month in advance, so I expected my reservation to be guaranteed. It made me feel that my booking was not valued as it should be. I hope the hotel improves its communication and respects confirmed reservations in the future.
