With a north facing aspect, the eco-conscious passive solar design allows for the house to be extremely comfortable all year round. Oak floors throughout the living areas and a new kitchen with latest model appliances. Bedrooms have plush carpets and individual balconies looking out to trees. Luxe bathrooms have rain-water showers, deep baths and modern tap ware.
The downstairs kitchen/dining/living plus the master bedroom suite upstairs has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

For the privacy of our studio occupant(s) we only ask you not to walk in front of their rear deck, and to keep noise to a minimum especially after 9pm.
