Positive: Location was good Receptionists were very friendly and helpful

Negative: No cleaning materials (brush/pan etc) No where to hang /dry washed clothes An information pack of how to work appliances would have been welcomed

Summary: Overall I enjoyed my stay Howe er not having access card for days was annoying
